I got my $26.03 in February of 2009. The time I spent digging up records for option 2 was certainly worth more than $1.03.

Same here. Although 2 years is actually pretty short for thse class action things. I always look at it as "if a check shows up in the mail, cool."
OT,but similar and amusing:
A number of years ago I bought a sweater in Scotland. I filled out the VAT refund at LHR on the way home, then promptly forgot about it. Two years later (practically to the day) I got a check from the UK for about GBP19
Cheers.

Here's a court document filed in October, 2009:
http://www.ccfsettlement.com/documen...09-1238-ts.pdf
If I'm reading that right, the payments will eventually be:
Option 1 $15-17 (they were originally getting $25 just for filing)
Option 2 average $35.59 (I'm in that group--pulled my passport and added up all my travel outside the U.S.)
Option 3 average $268.25 (actual receipts)

Hmm. If no one else has gotten anything, maybe my $26.03 was from something else. I have it down in my checkbook as "credit card settlement" and am pretty sure that it had to do with foreign exchange fees. Was there more than one of these lawsuits?
