Thanks for that link.

TH was flying back to DUT last week with colleague. Both on full Y fares, however TH checked the cooler with scientific samples under her name and her colleague checked his clothes and personal stuff.

Weight restrictions out of DUT meant that some stuff stayed for a few more flights.

Thankfully, TH's cooler made it.

As of today , Gov fares no longer get the free allowance , unless on military orders, or in First , Business or Y/B/H fares. Normal status exceptions apply of course.
